Three things shipped this month: muscle growth, a stamina effect, and character selection.
1. Muscle Growth
The core rule: you only get what you train. Every muscle has its own Blender shape key. So I trained one arm and never touched the other.

Please don't skip leg day :)
2. Stamina Effect
The more intense the workout, the uglier they get. Just like real life.

3. Character Select
Everyone starts with different genetics:
- Armstrong — upper body grows fast.
- Ego — totally normal, no bias.
- Bird — super strong lower body.
